i just bought an HP pavilion slmline, and want to make full use of the graphics in WoW while not giving up to much FPS (framerate). so i get 30-45 fps with everything on low, except viewing distance, envirenment detail, and texture. those are the most important imo. so does this sound normal? everything on low except those 3? which do you recommend.

specs: AMD athlon II 250 dual core processor.
3GB ddr3 ram
640 sata hard drive
ATi Radeon HD 3000 (integrated, but with 256 mb dedicated memory) ((cant upgrade))
tripple buffering on - vsync on

also is 30-45 fps good for competitive play? i know 60 is reaaal smooth
