is it possible to use a World of warcraft CD thats code has already been used?

So, i happened to not make the deadline of the offers of the 5 dollar digital copies of world of warcraft and i managed to find a 5 dollar copy online, buuuuuut the owner says the CD key has already been used on his computer & my question is if I bought this game would i be able to install it, run it, and play it just like the other new copies?
