Listen up gang, Im a bit frustrated with my rougue, its the only character I play or even have, Ive been playing since release. I have been playing that long but im still a big dirty NOOB. I really enjoy playing, doing quests and hunting for loot, but this is about the extent of my wow experience, I have been trying new stuff like going on raids and trying out some of the new instances in cata. My problem is, to put it frankly, I dont know how to play my class (or any of them for that matter) ive just been a solo act for 4 years and now Im grouping up with people and they think im terrible. All was fine for me when I was soloing the game away but now im kind of at a loss. The usual problem is I dont do enough DPS (always the lowest in the grp) but I dont really know what else im supposed to do. I have decent armor for the recent cataclysm jump, my weapons are good enough, im specced for subtelty and assasination. what is it im supposed to do to get the dps people are expecting from me? I fight the guys in the instance just like I would any other mob, Im very familiar with my powers and abilities, is there something else im not doing? can someone suggest something?
