How do i reinstall world of warcraft?

Default How do i reinstall world of warcraft?
For some reason WOW wasn't working right, and i didn't know what to do. So i went to control panel, clicked uninstall program, and uninstalled world of warcraft. I still have the folder and everything. Do i need to go back online and re download it, or can i reinstall it without going online? Please help, I am really bad with computers
