Starting up world of warcraft again i have a question though?

well im getting cataclysm and im going to delete all my characters and start over but i need help on what server to pick i want a pvp server cause i reallyyy like pvp but i want a server with a really good community that is top priority for me so please someone help me out i need a PvP server with a good community thanks much ahead of time
ohhh and a even horde alliance ratio
