Ok I'll lay out the specs first and tell the story second.
Computer Specs:
AMD Phenom 8400 Triple-Core Processor 2.10GHz
2GB of RAM
Windows 7 64-Bit
Nvidia 9800 GT Graphics Card
The computer is a Gateway if that means anything to anyone.

Ok so just today this computer was running on Windows Vista 32 bit and I was getting tired of that because I had heard Windows 7 was much better and that 64 bit was just a better version of 32 bit so I decided to refresh install W7 64 bit onto this computer. Now even previously before on Windows Vista I had been having FPS problems with WoW everywhere regardless of the zone or however much flooded the screen. When I upgraded to W7 it has gone down since then; I didnt even know it could go further but it has. I wanted to know if my computer is just out of date or what cause its starting to piss me off that it just cant seem to handle playing WoW.
