I'm Canadian, and have a verified paypal account.

I keep trying to set up a 1 month recurring payment plan for my old World of Warcraft account, but it keeps failing.

Finally I tried to 'manage' the payment, and annoyingly the primary payment is stuck to "paypal account funds". Adding funds to my actual paypal account takes over a week.
I tried setting it so my bank account was the backup payment but that didn't work either. (my bank account is backed by a credit card so I can send payments instantly, but i'm not actually allowed to use the credit card to make payments...so don't offer 'just use the credit card then' as a solution).

Is there any way I can purchase a 30-day time card ONLINE with paypal? All I find on sites are 60-day cards, and I don't think i'll be playing WoW for any time longer then a month...so it'd be a waste.
