World of warcraft blizzard installer unable to connect?

Default World of warcraft blizzard installer unable to connect?
Whenever I click on the blizz installer it says "unable to connect please check your fire wall and connection settings" I've been on the firewall and i even made exceptions for blizzard on my firewall. I have tried going on later but the same thing happens. I am really starting to get annoyed! I just wanna play WoW HELP!!!
