What is wrong with the World of Warcraft down-loader?

Default What is wrong with the World of Warcraft down-loader?
While updating it shows a message, " The file, C:/Program Files/World Of Warcraft/Data/enGB/Interface/Cinematics/Logo_1024.avi.temp" could not be created.

When I press OK it say's "The folder "C:/Program Files/World Of Warcraft/Data/Cache.temp" could not be deleted.
