Default World of Warcraft hacked account problem?

I used the webform to try and get my account back that was merged to another blizzard account without me doing so and I haven't logged in since 2006 and they've sent me this e-mail;

Greetings,

Thank you for your email. Please be aware that since November 12 2009 all current World of Warcraft players are required to merge their World of Warcraft accounts with a Battle.net account in order to log in to the game.

In order for us to assist you further, we will require you to provide us with your Battle.net account name.

If you do not currently have a Battle.net account, please create one by visiting our website at: https://eu.battle.net/login/

Upon creation you will need to verify your email address before the account becomes active. Please note that once your World of Warcraft account is merged to this account, your login details for the game will be your Battle.net email address and password.

We can also merge your World of Warcraft account to your Battle.net account for you. If you would like us to do this, we will require the following in order to verify ownership of the account:

Battle.net account:
- Your Battle.net account name (please do NOT send us your password)
- Battle.net Secret Answer.
- World of Warcraft Account Name.
- Name: the full name that the account was created with.
- Address: The address information given when the account was created.
- Zip/Postal Code: The zip/postal code that was given when the account was created.

World of Warcraft account
- Name: the full name that the account was created with.
- Address: The address information given when the account was created.
- Zip/Postal Code: The zip/postal code that was given when the account was created.
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

Additionally, we will require one of the following:
- CD Key: Original World of Warcraft game CD-key (we cannot accept Expansion CD keys).
- Your World of Warcraft account's Secret Question and Answer.

The CD key must be from the World of Warcraft box you used when you registered your account. If you have more than one copy of the game, and are unsure which key is the correct one, please include them all. There is no need to include the keys marked "Trial Edition". Expansion CD keys are not accepted.

Please note that we may decline, at our own discretion, merging of World of Warcraft licenses to Battle.net accounts registered to different contact details.

Should I just reply to it giving them my battle net username like stated at the start of the e-mail or give everything they've asked for further down the e-mail?

Thanks in advance
I have a battle net account just wondering what they want me to actually send them if its just my battle net account name or everything they mentioned about half way down the e-mail.
