Re-use world of warcraft discs?

Hi. I had an account on WoW...Wotlk. I have all 3 game discs that I purchased. I deleted my account about 6 months ago. Could I use my discs that I still have and start a new account? Or do I have to buy 3 more brand new versions?
I didn't just delete my account from my computer...I deleted it off of battle.net. So my question is...if there is no account connected to my DISCS...can I still use them? Or do I need new discs for the cd-keys?
