neither is better than the other. It's basicly based on asthetics ( appearance) or racials. but again racials don't mean shet all the time since it isn't highly buffed by the racials.
imo. nelf isn't really a warrior racial type. it's best racial imo is the one where u walk faster in stealth. thats about it. you can also get hit less but it isn't much of a difference.
if your going to racials i'd go Human. Looks is up to you.
PS- only thing i hate about making warriors is the dumb murloc quests at an early level. you almost always have to party for those quests or end up getting ganked
