I've read so many different values for a caster's hit cap. I've read its 13% for alliance and 14% for horde. But that is wrong because i missed a whole lot during ICC when i had 13.6%. I looked up one of my new guildies (a fellow lock) on wowarmory and he had 16.77%. So is the hit cap 17%, because I've heard that too?? please help. I only want the hit cap for a warlock (if it's different from other casters).
