I have a destruction warlock (not going to change the destro. part) and I only seem to be doing about 6k dps. I do not slack off in dungeons. I work very hard and hit all the buttons when I need to. My question is, do you think it could be a gear problem or is it something else like my spec/rotation?

Im willing to change my spec if it stays destruction.

This is my rotation:

Soul Fire, Fel Flame, Immolate, Conflagrate, Bane of Doom, Corruption, Chaos Bolt, Doomguard, Shadowburn, Incinerate

And I hit demon soul before a fight.

This rotation is fairly new, I am now critting for 25k, which makes me think it is either my spec or my gear.

My gear is a bit on the lower side, and I have 3 pieces that have resilience. (Mind you, I plan on replacing them as soon as possible). But some of my gear is the best for pre-raiding.

Any ideas?
