WoW ... what is good gear for a Tank? (lvl 80)?

i'm kinda new to the game, and i need to get my defense stats up ... i dont' know where to find the right gear or what gear i need ... any suggestions? please?
{btw, it's a bloodelf deathknight, and it's blood spec...}
I'm in game alot of the time. more often than not.
