What is the best tanking pet in WoW? When I say tanking, I mean high threat.?

I am trying to find a tanking pet for when I go out questing. I am a level 80, so there is no problem with wherever to go for this pet. Everytime I ask in-game, they always say turtles. But I want something that produces a lot of threat and keeps the mobs on it.
