in world of warcraft, what tank does the best job fighting Whitemane in Scarlet

Monastery? I'm wondering if a druid in bear form or an undead warrior popping WotF are best since they could pop out of sleep and possibly interrupt her rezzing the champion. Is that even an option? Let me know what you think.
