In World of Warcraft, what's the best Paladin tanking necklace that you can get

pre-Cataclysm? I'm looking for the best pre-cataclysm necklace for my tank paladin. I'm not good enough to do ICC boss kills but I can do 10 and 25 man rep runs. I can also do PoS and FoS. HoR is probably not going to happen. I can do some Heroic and I can also blacksmith. I'm just wondering what the most practical thing is.
