you need to drain the tank and run some fuel cleaner through it before starting the car or it can be costly and a real pain! then beat the shit out of the person that did it!

Unless we're talking gallons here it's not going to do a whole lot. Add fuel system treatment and fill the tank with chevron premium and just drive the tank. It won't feel good when it's passing the water and sugar but it won't be a major issue...unless we're talking GALLONS of water and sugar.

if the gas tank is not that full take a gas can fill it up with preamun gas (or if you never use preamum just buy what ever you normaly buy) and fill up the tank.. then go to an auto parts store and buy a large bottle of STA-BIL and put like 4 times the recomended amount in or more (the more water that went in the tank the more you want to use you cannot put to much of this stuff in) then start the car drive it and dont shut it off untill it is almost out of gas then drive it to the gas station and filler up (also at this time put a can of SEA FOAM in the tank to make sure that everything is cleaned out you can usally buy this where you buy the STA-BIL) dont let anyone tell you you can use differant products then the ones I just recomended the combonation of these 2 products will be by far the most effective way of helping without draining the tank. (unless they put like 2 gallons or more of that shit in your tank use this method it will be far easer and cheeper then draining tthe gas tank)

dont even turn the key on,drain it straight away,pour a gallon of kerosene through.refit bung and add fuel.should be fine
