Elemental shaman
Enhancement shaman
Restoration shaman

Goblin is by far. Troll doesn't compare by a longshot. The 1% haste is so much and works perfect with each spec.

I'd say:

Troll for Elemental (Draenei if playing Alliance)
Tauren for Enhancement (Dwarf if playing Alliance)
Draenei for Restoration (Troll if playing Alliance)

Ele - troll
Enhance - Orc/Troll/Goblin depending on which racial you prefer and how you would gear later on.
