Right now i have both hurricane enchants on my daggers is that a good enchant it increases haste by 450x2=900 is that good hase for pvp rogue?

For rogues it increases your attack speed, personally for pvp i would stick with something that increases your Attack Power or Agility because that is a rogues main source of damage. If you have stacked alot of AP and Agi in your rogues armor, then yes i would say Haste is a good enchant for you.
