I'm new, so I don't have a lot of gold, and it looks kind of stupid, which bugs me, but it doesn't work so bad. xD ..I think. Any replacements I should make?

Nah you got some good stuff for ur level, better then what I had when I was 41 :P

Hm... I'd put the axe into mainhand (because it's slower) so sinister strike does more damage
And obviously I'd replace anything with spirit or intellect. Agility's better than strength as well, so if you can replace any of that, it would be great (not nearly as important though). Also see if you can replace some of the "of stamina" gear with something that gives more agility, crit, etc.

Overall your gear is nice, especially for a new character.
