Sub, because it provides for better crowd control and stunlocks while keeping you undetected. Imagine your coming up on the mine in AB, and theres a DK, a hunter, and a resto druid healing them. Your gonna wanna stealth and sap the resto druid while your friends take out the DK and hunter right? Stuff like that makes sub rogues great to have! For arenas as well, you will not be seen until you make your move.

Assassin-if you get high enough in it your toon will atoumatically fight-and it can even fight while mounted, which is very cool and helpful if your going somewhere and are being attacked.
