wow 4.3 combat rogue soft hit cap?

Default wow 4.3 combat rogue soft hit cap?
i just came back to wow and trying 2 find out the soft hit cap for rogues i have 1501 / 16.50% hit is that to high or 2 low plz help

This is the hit cap if you have 3/3 in Percision. As far as Mut or Sub, idk if you would need the Expertise or not.
-Hit
3/3 Precision
Yellow -- 241 (2%) (specials like SS, Rupture, Evis, etc.)
Spell --- 1127 (11%) (your poisons)
White -- 2523 (21%) (autoattacks)

-Expertise
Expertise Cap
Racial 691 (23)
No Racial 781 (26)
