I'm looking to start getting some awesome tier gear for my night elf rogue. What are some that I can look for? And a list on where about's the person found them? Thank you!

Well they dont have Tiers for the certain Races, there is armor that only some races can have.

But You can get Tier 1 - 11.. if im not mistaken 6-9 you can buy with justice points not from like dalaran. Its been a couple months since ive played WoW..
