WoW- What Rogue spec should I use? (All round: both, PvE and PvP)?

Hey guys, I am just starting to play World of Warcraft, I have a lvl 26 Arms Warrior and a Lvl 10 Rogue. Since I just got to level 10 with the rogue, I got my first talent point, but I don't know what tree to go with. Obviously, for now, I'll be majoring on PvE but I'm pretty sure I'll go PvP later as well. So what tree should I go with? Assassination, Combat or Shadowstep? Give good reasons!
