Best wow EU server for raiding?

Default Best wow EU server for raiding?
Found that there are hardly ever any raids on the eu server of sporregar. And it is only ever ICC and VOA. I know they are the best to do for gear but I have low lvl alts on other servers and I see all other raids being requested in trade. When doing dungeons I've asked around and ghostlands and auchindon have been recommended by a few people. Just wanted to see if there are any other options before I pay to move over.
