Default Is my laptop good enough to handle wow and future expansions? Can i upgrade

my ram to handle raids? I have a laptop that I have used to play World of Warcraft on for three years now. I've never had any problems like dc or errors until Icecrown Citadel raid came out. After that, I would somehow randomly disconnect in the middle or the raid or during gameplay. Like I said, i've never had any problmes like this only when until the newest patch came out. Someone once told me that upgrading my ram would solve the problem. Is that true? also...here are some details about my laptop.
