I'm a long time WoW raider since launch and I have about 4 really good friends with me that want to defect from our current guild and start our own. Our classes are:

Shammy - Resto/Enh
Pally - Holy/Tank
Warrior - Tank/Fury
Druid - Resto/Tank
Priest - Disc/Shadow
Warlock - D/D

We want to do ICC 10 and 25 - all of our gear is ICC 25 and I have no doubt that we can be clearing 11/12 in the first week with new ppl. My question is - what is some advice when starting up a brand new raiding guild? What are some good attendance policies? How should I give out responsibilities to my officers? Anything else?
