an instance and failed miserably.? I've recently created a tauren druid because I wanted to heal in dungeons, instances, and eventually raid parties. I've been playing WoW for about 6 months with a paladin so I know how healers are supposed to work. Once I reached lvl 16, I tried an instance. I kept dying, running out of mana, and couldn't get close enough to use a bandage to heal the tank. I tried to stay back out of the enemy's way and kept an eye on the left side where all my teammates profiles were. When I saw one getting low, I cast the healing spell or used a bandage. Needless to say, my fellow teammates were not pleased with me at all.
What are some tips you have for being a great healer? My friend was telling me to gear up with intellect and spirit gear. How do I go about getting that type of gear? Any advice would be great, I'm willing to really work at this.
