Hi. I have just created a guild on World of Warcraft and I want it to be a raiding guild. I was originally looking for level 80s who were interested in joining to sign the charter, but people got bored of it taking so long and then joined other guilds. After that i payed some low levels to sign and got the guild running but now I don't have anyone in the guild and I don't know how i'm going to get people in the guild. I've already put a post on the forums but its not helping. (I'm on the Chamber of Aspects EU server).
