I've done very few instances between 68 and 80, so I'm out of the loop as to which are at what level.

I've been doing Reg Toc and Reg/H Violet hold. Whenever I try to get into a group for something else, I'm told that I'm not geared enough, and have never gotten a good picture for what I'm supposed to be running. I'm normally just told, if anything, that a good tank has stats high above mine.

Here's what I've got: Armor is at 19.25k, defense is at 422, hp is at 24k.

Someone mind telling me which instances I should be trying to get into?
