Default High FPS in WoW, but very very low in raids.?

I have very nice FPS in wow, with a little above average settings I usually get roughly 20-30 anywhere in northrend, but for some reason whenever I am in a BG or raid with 20+ other players, my FPS drops to 1-2.

In a 10-man raid I can function perfectly, but going into a 25-man, it can barely push outt 3 FPS. I drop all the video settings to the lowest and it doesn't help. When sitting around getting ready in the raid my frames are fine but when the action starts it all goes to hell.

I am to good with Computer specs but this is the best I can do =-/

Intel Celeron CPU 3.2 GHz
2 GBs of RAM
Not exactly sure on the graphics card, but I KNOW it is very good and purchased recently.
2002 Windows XP

Also I would like to throw in that even on Team Fortress 2 its the same. When its maybe 10 on 10, game is fine. But when its something like 16 on 16, 1-2 FPS.

Any help at all would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
