Thinking about a transfer, I've been checking wow.guildprogress.com I know Premonition and a few other guilds are the best in the U.S. (So far for ToTC) but when you look at each of their individual servers there isn't that many guilds up to complete par with them.

I'm looking for a (US) server with many good hardcore raiding guilds, obviously It would be difficult and I wouldn't expect to get into the top X amount of guilds, but would like to be on a server with guilds that can handle Ulduar hardmodes and are progressing in grand crusader.

Server with good guilds being on Alliance would be preferred but I would consider faction change if it's a very good server.
On my current server I notice 90% of pugs you make usually fail epically, even on very old content, do any of the servers more into end game usually have better luck with pugs or is it usually the same everywhere?
