well i have just got my level 80, and i do have decent gear and can pull about 4k dps on a raid boss, im also 2% off being hit capped. i joined a new guild that raids a lot. I've been in it for 3 weeks now and only have done 2 bosses in uldar 10 with them. its got about 30 guild members. its split into group 1 and group 2, group 2 doesnt even have a leader and im put in group 2, i dont ever get to raid and when i ask the guild master when i will be able to, he says "you can raid with group 2" and im the only one in group 2. I didnt mind it at first because i initially thought, well i just dont have good gear so they probably dont need me there yet, and i do have ulduar experience, Alot of ulduar experience. but its been so long. and im not allowed to pug aswell because they dont want any raid locks that arent with guilds. Im getting really annoyed now because they are doing 10 totc and they were short 1 player and 1 class; warlock, which was me. and i asked if i could join but they denied it and they got some random pug guy instead. do guild masters really act this way? the only reason i got in uld the first place was because i keep nagging the guild master in uld and only got in when someone left. i even donated. i know this is going to be a "QQ noob just get some gear" sort of question but i'd really like to know what to do. i'm thinking of getting in another guild but im probably gonna get the same results. im also thinking of just asking the guild master but hes obviously gonna get annoyed by me sooner or later. does anyone know of any real way to get in a raid? pugging sucks aswell because this is my alt and i have no achievements except for 25nax to show for... so i never have been in a pug raid except for voa and nax... i thought guildies were supposed to help...but >.>"
