Most fun/best role in instances/raids in WoW?

Default Most fun/best role in instances/raids in WoW?
I have a character on a PvP server in WoW, and it's a rogue, but I'm wondering:

1. What's the most fun role in a group to play?
2. What's the easiest role?
3. What classes can take on what roles?

Also, would anyone have any recommendations for my Rogue? I'm only level 10 at the moment, and I plan on playing to DPS specs.
What talents/gear/professions would be good for a DPS Undead Rogue?
