Default Anyone know about raiding in World of Warcraft?

As I said before im going to start playing WoW again. I stoped around mid March of 09. My main and probably only toon is my 68 prot pally which I stoped playing right as i hit 68. I figured when i came back i would hit up northrend. Im think im going to be raiding when i hit 80, but i never really have had any good experience tanking in raids before.

So if anyone could point me in the right direction in where i could learn some useful things about the current dungeons, raid groups, raid guilds, tier armor and all that stuff.
