Default world of warcraft raiding?

i have never done a raid before, and have a few questions,
1. If i fully complete a raid, how long do i have before i can do it again?
2. does that apply to both heroic and normal modes? (i.e. if i complete a raid on heroic will i need to wait before i can do it on normal?)
3. if my group only clears half the raid, and then wipes, will we still be able to do the other half?

thank you!! this should be an easy 10 pts

1. You can right click your player portrait, and there is a button that says "reset all instances" and that will completely reset all your raids.
2. You can reset them any time you like, as many times as you like. So you can run a raid as many times as you want.
3. Your progress will be saved, but some of the patrols and other enemies in the instance will respawn, but the bosses will stay dead. So you can get wiped, and still not lose too much progress.

1) Dungeons/Raids reset on Tuesdays. Regular 5-man instances you can repeat over & over (using "reset all instances), and Heroic 5 mans, once a day.

2) Heroic & Reg modes for Raids (10-25 man) are on seperate IDs. You can complete both.

3) Yes, as long as you complete it before the reset each Tuesday. If not, you start over.
