on to outland or do the 60 raids? i know u get better gear from raids but with still advancing in levels is it worth the time?

I would say it's not worth it to do the 60 raids. They're fun, but when you go to outland all of that gear will become obsolete. The 60 raids are really fun, but if you want to do it you should level up first; then if you want to raid those places for fun you won't need to rally nearly as many people to do it.
