Currently in world of warcraft, I am playing a level 80 fury warrior.
I want to know if I am perhaps ready for 10 man instances, like Naxxramas and the Obsidian Sanctum.

Absolutely, in fact, you're geared enough for EoE, 25 Naxx/OS! I honestly don't know much about Fury rotation, but this helps me a lot www.maxDPS.com, it suggests a rotation based on your spec, tons of help, and if you ever want to see if you're geared for a certain raid, www.wow-heroes.com is the perfect site, just time in your name and server, and it will tell you if you're ready or not, it even suggest enchants and gear upgrades.
Oh and as far as a leg enchant, I forget what it's called, but it's 75 attack power, and I think 25 crit rating? Something like that, that would be perfect. It costs roughly 2-300g

Your definetely ready for 10 man raids, your rotation looks ok (I dont know a whole lot about warriors) and if you can get a few more good epics, you'll be in really good shape.

your gear is sufficient for 10 mans (naxx, eoe, sanctum and vault) you're going to have to improve your gear before hitting up the 25 mans though. enchant everything you can. also work on your professions. you get some nice bonuses from the two professions you have.
remember that when you are in a raid your main tank (if it's a warrior) will be putting up commanding shout and you may have to keep battle shout up at all times to help the raid. confer with any other warriors in the group to see what is expected of you.
your rotation leaves a bit to be desired i have to say.

WowHeroes ( http://www.wowheroes.com/ ) gives a better idea (and visual representation) of where you should be at in raid strength. You're fine for Naxx/OS.

Leatherworkers can make Icescale Leg Armor kits ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Icescale_Leg_Armor ) which add +75 attack power & +22 crit.; there's also Frosthide Leg Armor ( http://www.wowwiki.com/Frosthide_Leg_Armor ) which gives +55 Stam and +22 Agi . These do not bind, so are often available on the auction house or for sale by players. If you get a frozen orb from heroics (or trade in Emblems for one if really hard up on money), you'll find it's a lot cheaper to buy the other components and get a LW to craft one for you.
