I've recently started playing WoW PvE, it took me a while to find a guild and initially I was very happy. The guild seemed to clear content well the people were nice and friendly and I enjoyed raiding with them.
However since 4.3, ive begun to not enjoy myself with the guild as much as I used to. People aren't showing up to raids, and people are becoming lazy not reading up guides making progression difficult and frustrating.
I'm not sure if I want to look for a new guild, but i seem to be left with little choice. Finding my first guild was hard enough. I do not wish to create my own guild as I have little experience in doing so and do want to manage a guild. Although I will feel guilty for putting the guild in a bad spot if i leave, I'm not enjoying raiding with them as much I used to and at the end of the day i pay for my own enjoyment which I don't feel I'm getting with the guild

Should I find a new guild and is there any advise you can give me on finding a new one if that is the case?

I might suggest talking with your guildies, officers, or GM and express your concern first. At least fm you talk about it beforehand they won't be shocked when you up and quit. I used to run a Raiding Guild an nothing was worse then when people quit without notice.

However your enjoyment is a paramount issue as well. If your guild is causing you to not enjoy the game then there is no point in playing. It sounds like you may be a little more hardcore than your guild, a new one may be the best medicine.
