OK, I am usually a Hardcore PvE'er, and I'm not that casual, but I have never raided, simply because the lack of level 60's, 70's and 80's to do so in my realm, which is Dentarg. I really want to, I heard the Raid finder is coming out next patch, but I want to do Heroic and normal raids because I've raided on my friends level 85 account and it's really fun and I'm good at it. I hate that they made it on a different difficulty, I don't know if they will be adding normal and heroic option as well but I certainly hope so.

Currently, what is the fastest way to Raid without leaving my guild to go into a level 60, 70 or 80 only guild.
