Default In world of warcraft, how can i train people how to raid in my guild?
for inexperienced raiders, is there a way that any raiding guilds sort of train their members before they raid?

While in the raid, get in vent and talk them through it. Or type out what you want them to know if you don't have vent.

Another option is to bring them along to a ZA/ZG run and see how they do. I know it's not a raid, but still requires people to be fairly decent. Or even a FL run.
