I'm new to raiding and would like to ask some questions.
What do you need to know before going into your first raid?
How long it usually takes (approximate)?
Is it pretty much like a normal instance (with just increased difficulty, more players, takes longer, better rewards etc) or does it have some differences worth noting?
Is it generally now a "must" to do raids to have a good character or are heroics enough?
