World of Warcraft: Decent Medium Population Raiding Server?

I'm tired of my low population server and I'm thinking of transferring out with a few friends by the end of this week. The problem is I can't find any suggestions anywhere. I don't want a high population server because I don't have the patients to wait to get in when it's especially full. I'd prefer a PvP Server not a Normal Server because I really enjoy world PvP. Thanks!
