when is the WoW ptr realm going back online?

Default when is the WoW ptr realm going back online?
i tried to log in and then i knew the whole sever had a restart anyone has an idea of when it will come back on?

The World of Warcraft Public Test Realm is only available at least 2 weeks prior to a content patch. However, if the patch they are implementing was coming out within the next week, then the PTR would be down. It's always down a week before the more major patches.
