Why can't I log onto The WoW PTR?

Default Why can't I log onto The WoW PTR?
I have it downloaded and everything, so I open up my PTR and log in with what I use on live servers, but it says it's incorrect? I used my current password, the password before that and my first ever password. But it isn't my password because I'm on a battle.net account and I used my regular account name and it says it's fine, so it's my e-mail? But then I changed my e-mail adress and it's still wrong?

Just say forgot pass and u might get to it or u might be hacked

contact the Wow PTR personnel and explain your problem to them. perhaps, there should be a mistake on your password.
