Default WoW Help On Getting On PTR?
I'm having trouble getting on the Public Test Realm in World of Warcraft. Currently, I have the file downloaded and everything. My main issue is getting the Blizzard Updater in the folder working. I double click it and it says to choose a program to open it with and I have no idea what to use. It seems that no one has this issue. I've tried re-downloading it and nothing changes. Any ideas? The file is called Blizzard Updater.exe.part.

Either way you have to have been playing that account before November of 2007 since PTR only work for accounts active before it was released
