When I play WoW PTR, there is a major problem in the graphics rendering of the game.

In the screenshot I took my character's portrait isn't rendered nor is the inventory or basically anything requiring tooltips. Any solutions to this? (no repair doesn't work for PTR btw and I already tried re-installing). This doesn't happen to me on official servers (also this PTR for 3.2.2)
