Why cant I update my world of warcraft PTR?

Default Why cant I update my world of warcraft PTR?
Everytime I try to update my wow ptr for patch 4.0.6 it says "Lost Connection to Updater" then when you click okay it closes it I even turned off my firewall and it does the samething i even let the updater go on when the message came up "lost connection to updater" someone plz help
now it says "Launcher cannot obtain patching information please check your internet configuration

your computer is trying to tell you to stop playing W.O.W and get a life already.
